I have to say, this session touches my heart deeper than most. Having the opportunity to professionally photograph my baby while staying home with him this first year is a dream I never thought I’d be able to do.

Marking her first birthday with strawberries, fresh cut flowers and lace was a delight. But filling a tub with water, flowers, and sliced oranges was the true icing on the cake!

After several days of thunderstorms and a forecast the day of our shoot predicting the same, we waited with anticipation for a window of opportunity. A last-minute location change brought out a breathtaking summer sky painted bright blue with large cotton-like white clouds.

This little lady arrived earlier than expected so we readjusted our original session date to make sure we captured all that precious newborn sweetness.
